Marton: Well I had the good fortune to see the animated series. I thought that was astounding and wondered why the hell were they going to make a film adaptation out of it? It was a fine piece of work. And then I met Karyn, it had a very good script. And [I] was assured that we were going to draw from intentional devised and other men in conjunction with the Peter Chung’s work.
